Loyfar Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "us", "we", or "our") operates the https://www.loyfarpewter.co.uk/ website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
By using the Service, the user (hereinafter referred to as “you”, or “your”) accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Our Terms & Conditions explain all matters relating to the purchase of goods through our website, what you should do if you change your mind, or if you experience a problem with the goods you receive.

Changes
If you would like to make any changes to your order please do so promptly so that they may be implemented before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched any unwanted items must be returned in accordance with our Cancellation, Returns & Money Back Guarantee policy. Additional items cannot be added to your order once it has been dispatched and must be ordered separately, with you paying the additional shipping charge if applicable.

Free Shipping & Shipping Charges
Free shipping is subject to a minimum order value dependent on region. Shipping is free for UK orders of £50 (50.00 GBP) or more, otherwise a flat rate charge of £3.95 applies. For EU countries* shipping is free for orders of £100 (100.00 GBP) or more, otherwise a flat rate charge of £10.55 applies. For the rest of the world shipping is free for orders of £150 (150.00 GBP) or more, otherwise a flat rate charge of £13.45 applies. Prices effective from 29/10/2018.
*Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delivery
Your goods will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of your payment, unless we contact you to advise otherwise. Orders are sent by Royal Mail or DHL, using the most appropriate service dependent on size, weight, value and destination. For UK orders please allow 5 working days transit time, for all other countries 5-15 working days. A signature on delivery is required.

Cancellation, Returns & Money Back Guarantee
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your goods being dispatched. You will be refunded the full amount paid within 5 working days from the date we receive your instruction to cancel. Once your goods have been dispatched you have 30 days from the date you receive the goods to notify us that you wish to return them. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us. You are liable for the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned using the same or equivalent service to that used to send them. Goods must be returned in an unused condition and re-packaged exactly as received. Upon receipt of your returned goods we will refund the full amount paid for the item(s) returned, including any shipping charge you paid (the amount you paid for us to send the goods to you) if the whole order is being returned, within 5 working days.

Shortages & Damaged Goods
You have 48 hours from receipt of your goods to notify us of any shortages or damages. Please notify us by email providing a detailed description of the problem. We will contact you within 5 working days to resolve the matter. Damaged goods will only be replaced with the same item, unless it is out of stock, in which case an alternative will be offered or a refund issued for the item(s) concerned, including any shipping charge you paid (the amount you paid for us to send the goods to you) if the whole order is being returned.

Pricing & VAT
All prices are in GBP (Pounds Sterling).
We are not registered to charge VAT. All prices are shown without VAT added.

Customs Duty & Importation Tax for Non-EU Countries
If your delivery address is not within the EU, your order may be subject to customs duty and/or importation tax. It is your responsibility to pay any such charges, not ours. We always declare the full value of the goods (excluding any shipping charges) for customs purposes.

Product Guarantee
We guarantee our products for a period of 12 months to be free of any defects arising from faulty design, materials or manufacture. Deliberate or accidental damage, or damage arising from unreasonable or inappropriate usage, is excluded. We reserve the right to repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product found to be legitimately faulty. A refund will only be offered if we receive notification of the fault within 30 days of your receipt of the item.

Governing Law
All legal issues arising under these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
