Trinket Box - Whale

A sweet Loyfar pewter whale small trinket box, with tail raised high.
The stubby body is split horizontally down its length. The top half is a lid which lifts off by the tail to reveal the hollow cavity inside which forms a shallow elongated egg-shaped box. The lid snaps shut on two magnetic catches, one at the head, one at the tail. The lid can be stowed with the box open by aligning the tail magnets together with the lid in a reversed position.
The interior of the box is coated with red translucent enamel. The exterior is a smooth natural polished finish.
